Who is responsible for your data?

NaltWeb is a website design and development studio based in Prishtina, Kosovo. The operator and data controller is Lis Osaj. Business address: Prishtine, Kosove.

What information do we collect?

When you request a quote, the form may collect your name, email, optional phone number, service of interest, selected budget and project description.

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share.

Our hosting server may log IP address, request time, browser and technical data for security and operation. The administration panel uses login records and sessions.

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, analytics data is collected only after you choose to allow analytics cookies.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use enquiry details to respond, understand your project and prepare a quotation. Depending on the circumstances, the basis may be steps you request before entering an agreement or our legitimate interest in responding.

Technical logs support security and service operation, based on legitimate interests or applicable obligations.

Analytics cookies are used only if you consent. You can withdraw this choice in cookie preferences. Analytics consent is not required to request a quote.

Who receives your data?

Hosting is provided through Hostinger. Depending on configuration, the email provider and other technical suppliers may process information needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries.

If you choose WhatsApp, communication is handled through Meta/WhatsApp and is subject to their policy. Google Analytics may be used only according to your cookie choice if enabled.

Some providers may process information outside Kosovo. The mechanism and legal basis for international transfers must be verified against the final setup before publication.

How long do we keep information?

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are reviewed for deletion under our documented retention period of 12 months after the last contact, unless there is a valid legal reason to keep them longer.

If an agreement is reached, relevant records may be kept for applicable legal, accounting or contractual periods. Technical logs are also subject to the hosting provider’s policies.

These periods require NaltWeb to maintain an actual process for reviewing and deleting information.

How do we protect information?

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as HTTPS, administration access controls and limited access to enquiry data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Please do not submit passwords, complete payment card numbers or highly sensitive information through the quotation form.

Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing and, where applicable, portability of data. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, write to info@naltweb.com. We may reasonably verify your identity without requesting unnecessary information.

You may lodge a complaint with Kosovo’s Information and Privacy Agency. Additional rights may apply under other relevant rules.
