What do these terms cover?

These terms govern access to the NaltWeb website and information published on it. They are not a complete development or maintenance services agreement.

For client projects, scope, final price, timing, supplied materials, ownership and support are determined in the quote or agreement accepted by the parties.

Descriptions and prices on this site provide general information about our services. “From” prices are starting points, not guaranteed quotes for every project.

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to buy. A services agreement arises only when the relevant quote or contract is expressly accepted. Monthly services are not automatically included in one-time development packages.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and contact us for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with website security, disrupt other users or submit malicious or deceptive content.

Do not submit confidential information that is not requested by the contact forms.

Content, demonstrations and intellectual property

Text, graphics and website design may be protected by copyright and other rights. Uses beyond ordinary viewing require permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Illustrative or conceptual demos are not necessarily real client projects. Client brands, content and photography belong to their respective owners. Project showcases require the necessary permissions.

The site may link to client websites, WhatsApp or social networks. These are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies.

We do not control the content or availability of those external sites.

Accuracy, availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and the website operational. Content may change and technical interruptions may occur.
